This program is for you if:

  • Where can sessions take place?

    Any reasonably quiet, comfortable place where you’re not likely to be interrupted is great. We can also do video sessions. 

  • How long are private sessions?

    Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and typically range from 20 minutes-1 hour.

  • How do I sit during meditation?

    You can experiment with different postures that work for you. Sitting in a chair or cross legged, walking, or even lying down can all work. The key is to listen to your body and do what feels good for you.

  • What style of meditation do you teach?

    My goal is to make meditation as simple and easy to implement as possible.

    Each session will be tailored to your specific needs and we'll use everything from breathing practices, to mantras, mind-body awareness tools, visualizations, and more. 

  • What if my mind is too busy to meditate?

    This is very common and perfectly normal. There's no need to get rid of thoughts; rather we are learning to recognize when thinking is happening. Then, among the thoughts we use different tools to help us steady attention.
