Tune into natural hunger cues and stop when you're full
Make satisfying food choices and develop a positive body image
Eat intuitively in a way that feels natural to you
Stop obsessing about food
What's included in this program?
This is a 6-week coaching program with a comprehensive intake session, 6 follow up sessions, a customized wellness plan, workbook exercises, and meditations designed to help you reshape your relationship with your mind, body, and food.
What happens at the end of the program?
After you’ve completed the program, you'll have the tools to transform your relationship to food. You will also have lifetime access to the workbook exercises and meditations.
You can always book a follow up session for on-going support if needed.
Do you meet clients in person?
All visits are done over secure online video, allowing us to work together from wherever you happen to be.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If your goal is to give up dieting and strengthen your relationship between your mind, body and food—this is for you.
While weight loss can be a side effect of the program, the emphasis is not on losing weight. If this is your primary focus, we may not be the best fit for each other.
