    Studies have shown meditation can help lower emotional exhaustion, increase job satisfaction, decrease stress, improve sleep quality, and boost immune function.

    These are just a few benefits which are especially applicable to workplace environments.

  • Which style of meditation do you teach?

    My goal is to make meditation simple, secular, and easy to implement in your everyday life.

    We use a variety of mindfulness techniques including breathing practices, mental imagery, awareness of the body and mind, and muscle and body relaxation.

  • How long are the sessions?

    Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and typically range from 10 minutes-1 hour.

  • What should I wear to meditate while at work?

    Whatever you want to as long as you're comfortable. It might also be helpful to take your shoes off, and loosen tight clothing like belts, if it's bothering you.

  • Where do these sessions take place?

    Virtual sessions are held over secure video conferencing and can be done in any place with minimal distractions. For in-person sessions, any quiet place in the office works best. This could be a conference room, a windowless office, or even a shared space.
